Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders over €80 within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery & Tracking
Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a personal track & trace link to follow your delivery.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the nature of our fragrances, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We kindly recommend using the tester before opening your fragrance.

Exchanges
Exchanges are exclusively offered for items that arrive damaged. In such cases, we will gladly replace the item with the same fragrance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We will ensure an appropriate resolution.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
