All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the website are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders over €80 within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive a personal track & trace link to follow the delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination. Amak is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene considerations, products may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We kindly recommend using the tester before opening the fragrance product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take additional time before the refund appears in the customer’s account.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are exclusively offered for products that arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we will gladly replace the item with the same fragrance, subject to availability.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at byamakofficial@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, we may request photos of the product and packaging. We will work to provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
